The Center for Human Rights and Accountability Network (CHRAN) on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, stopped over at Akpa Ubeh street off Ring Road II (Sampson Udo Idiong Avenue) where the Akwa Ibom State Government through Amitec Construction and Development Limited is undertaking the construction of the abandoned approach linking the residents of Akpa Ubeh Street to the Ring Road II which was in a deplorable condition.
The CHRAN wishes to commend the Governor of Akwa Ibom State, Pastor Umo Eno for listening to the many advocacies of CHRAN with respect to this road and many others in similar conditions.
